IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System
Chihua Technology has implemented and maintains a quality management system that fulfills IATF 16949:2016. The approved scope is manufacturing of bearing and driving parts, excluding product design under Clause 8.3.
Main products are developed in accordance with the APQP process. The technical team includes 15 fixed scientific research personnel, including one senior-title engineer, three intermediate-title engineers and two technicians.

Main products follow the APQP development process.
Material and process control
Materials include GCr15, SUJ2, C35, 100Cr6 and 16MnCr5. Heat treatment uses special processes according to actual requirements.
Inspection and testing
Inspection includes hardness, material, dimensions, flaw detection, life, vibration, noise and temperature.

After technical drawing confirmation, the team will quickly provide a technical proposal.
