We were founded on May 8, 1988. Today, we are a privately owned enterprise with more than 200 employees and a site area of 31,000 square meters.
We professionally manufacture connecting rod crankshaft needle roller bearings, automobile transmission needle roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and thrust bearings. Our main product categories also include bushes and washers.
We are located in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta, with dense, convenient and fast road, railway, air and sea transport networks.

Our main equipment includes Taiwan high-precision CNC lathes, multi-station punch presses, heat-treatment equipment, needle roller production equipment, ring-grinding equipment and needle roller stop-and-sort machines.

Quality Control
IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System
We have implemented and maintain a quality management system that fulfills IATF 16949:2016. Our approved scope is manufacturing of bearing and driving parts, excluding product design under Clause 8.3.
We develop our main products in accordance with the APQP process. Our technical team includes 15 fixed scientific research personnel, including one senior-title engineer, three intermediate-title engineers and two technicians.

Material and process control
We use GCr15, SUJ2, C35, 100Cr6 and 16MnCr5. We use special heat-treatment processes according to actual requirements.
Inspection and testing
Our inspection covers hardness, material, dimensions, flaw detection, life, vibration, noise and temperature.

After technical drawing confirmation, our team will quickly provide a technical proposal.
